100 g of Besan/Gram Flour Fusilli Pasta contains 16gm protein. That is equivalent to protein content in
- 2.5 eggs
- 3.5 cups of white rice
- 3 Besan rotis
- 2 glasses of milk
- 2 katoris of dal
- 5 rotis
HOW TO COOK
Take some water in a vessel add a pinch of salt.
Bring to a boil for 7 mins. 5mins for al dente.
Add in & boil smart grain pasta (4-5mins).
Meanwhile in another pan, prep some olive oil & garlic with slow cooked italian red sauce & fresh dried herbs.
Drain the pasta under cold water. Mix with your choice of fresh veggies like basil, tomatoes or mushrooms put all that yummy together
Enjoy it hot with hand - grated thick mozzarella (cheese of your choice), seasonings & garnish
